3DSupport App Profile Error

I sent a request to deactivate several single seat Draftsight licenses that had been deployed on computers that are currently out of service.  I received a message back stating that they were waiting for "Submitter Information" and there was a link to the service request.  Clicking on the link takes me to the 3DSupport App website which then produces a dialog box stating that "Something wrong happened with your profile" and that I can "Submit your request by Phone."  There is of course, no phone number listed.  Clicking on a "See More" button takes me to where I can "Submit a Request" which only takes me back to the 3DSupport App that doesn't work!  Clicking on "Draftsight" specific button on that screen takes me to where I can submit a request via a different form.  That request evidently goes to Cleverbridge who responds by stating that its a 3DS issue and that I need to go thru the 3DSupport App.

I manage 30+ individual seat licenses for my company and have had to do this exact same task repeatedly over the years but I've never experienced this endless loop of grief!

Can anyone help me?
