I have a fairly large (11MB) 3d control room drawing that has many 3d elements. When just doing a simple "hide" in modelspace it takes several minutes to render. When trying to plot paperspace with 4 view tiles to a PDF file, it takes several HOURS to plot. The workstation is a modern PC running Windows 10 Pro 64it, i7 CPU with 32M RAM and an Nvidia RTX 2070 8gb Video card. During plotting or rendering, task manager shows < 10% CPU utilization, and < 1% GPU utilization. It's not the machine that is slow, it's Draftsight that is running slowly. Any ideas why this is so miserably slow?
