I installed the 2023 Draftsight Standard over the 2019.standard. 2023 is purchased and activated. Upon installation, the software starts with a note that Draftsight need to close then exits. I tried repair and uninstalling and still the same. Need some input. Have a W7 Dell Inspiron 1720 that was upgraded to W10.
