Software was loaded last week have used it several times. typed in print command and it crashed - since then it will not load. It just churns until you hit the x and it says the program is not responding. I have tried removing the directory from appdata - and it gets me into the program but as soon as I try to open a file - it just churns. - I have tried a clean load - same thing it gets me a bit further but then just churns as I try to open a file - any file - Is there anything else to try?
