I just downloaded and installed 2020 Professional. Previously was running 2019 SP3. Although the installation was "successful", when I first tried to launch it, I got a crash report. I tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling, also using the repair function. I don't get the crash report anymore, but now when I try to launch it, the initial startup popup comes up, then goes away, but then nothing. Draftsight never comes up. Please help.
