we bought 50 standard licences of DS2019 and updated our pcs from DS2017 SP0 directly to DS2019SP3

we´re now facing massive performance issues on DS2019 which is an showstopper on some machines! i´ve tried several SPs today, starting from SP0 to SP2 and finally again SP3 with no positive result.

I´ve tried clean and dirty installations as Administrator and normal User with and without write-permissions.

the only acceptable performance was shown on SP3 with active Admin-User and DS started as Admin - personal performance-rating 5 of 10 (if 10 is best feels "fluid")

i`ve also spent about 3hours with our german reseller-support (DPS-Dortmund) on our case and the support guy hasn't had a solution for us.

what about you guys here? Are you facing the same issues on DS2019?
