. I for many years have enjoyed the use of the Dassault Systems free version of Draftsight.
At the beginning of 2020 we purchased several yearly subscriptions for the 2019 DraftSight licensed versions.
While our engineering group have had no problems with the DraftSight program... I have.
When I first downloaded, installed and registered the software there was a problem and the software did not run correctly. After looking at the minimum requirements for the 2019 Licensed version of DraftSight it was determined by our I.T. department that the on board graphics of my laptop may not have meet the minimum standard requirements.
Yesterday I received a new Laptop HP ENVY 17m-Ce1013dx that has an NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics card and all specs surpass the Recommended System requirements.
We again downloaded the DraftSight software, Installed and registered. The program now runs and functions but the pointer still does not display correctly. It is hard to describe but it is like there is some word that is displayed just below the square box the pointer points to but the word is not legible.
Can you direct us to someone at DASSAULT Systems that may help? I have looked the all the information databases on line for this problem but have not found anything. I also could not find any support path or contact info for technical support for this product.
