I am a longtime user of Draftsight. Was using 2017 (never had a crash and it worked perfectly every time) up until I got the "you must pay now" message. I paid and got 2019 and so far am really disappointed. It crashed yesterday yet again and I lost quite a bit of work. At first I figured no problem since I can just grab my autorecover. Then I found that while the date and time were correct it wasn't even the file I had created. Besides the regular crashing it takes minutes to open files that are large. And when I say large I mean only 1-2 meg. These files opened instantly in 2017. How do I get support for these issues? Does my Solidworks VAR provide support for this product?
