I am upgrading from Draftsight V1R2 Premium to V1R2.1 Premium. During the installation process I get error 1920 and the installation fails and rolls back. The error indicates that a service failed to start. I checked and the Draftsight API Service service failed to start. I checked Microsoft and it indicates that there may be a rights problem. I changed the rights to the directories that Draftsight was installed in and granted Full rights but install failed.  The computer is a member of a Domain so I logged into the computer as the Administrator local account and the install still failed. I also uninstalled DraftSight V1R2 and then tried to install V1R2.1 but the install still failed. I reinstalled V1R2. Any suggestions?
