We continuously try to decrease the time to market for our solutions. We are currently looking into the business processes we support, to ensure our market offer remains in line with market needs. This to ensure our products adequately support the business processes at a customer, to enable us to quickly adopt the solution and fit this within their current IT and Business landscape.

To support this several Industry Process Experiences (IPE) have been defined, one of which being Last Mile Optimization, focusing on the delivery and pickup of parcels where goods are transported from a decentralized set of hubs to their final delivery locations, often a consumer. Although the focus of the solution is on operational planning and optimization which entails the creation of efficient routes with a focus on reducing costs, depot activities are a vital aspect of the supply chain and important to guarantee successful delivery of goods. By focusing on the complete picture of the business processes at the customer, our solution can contribute to this goal by working together with the other systems and providing a good fit within the existing organization.

To increase and broaden our knowledge of the last-mile puzzle and more specifically the depot activities, we are now looking for customers or any other knowledgeable people within our network with experience in this business willing to share their knowledge.
