I have a inquiry which is not regarded to any specific project or case implementation of Delmia Ortems, rather the general issue. I will try explain the matter,
When managing material flow in Delmia Ortems, either in Manufacturing planner or Production scheduler, problem occurs and is related to the material (raw material, semi finished product) which has already been issued to the specific WO in the ERP. By issued I mean that there is a transaction that exists in ERP which took the material from inventory and allocated it to the WO. This means that we will see new inventory of material in Ortems but we don't have the information that specific WO has already been fed with material and that for that specific WO we are clear with material. Ortems will show that we are missing material and in fact we are not because material has already been issued to the WO and by doing that in ERP inventory reduces itself. So in Delmia Ortems we see new inventory without information that the WO is satisfied with material.
How Delmia Ortems can manage this issue, how to implement this in Delmia Ortems?
