Hello Everyone,

I have a query regarding knurling operations in 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Machining and CATIA V5 CAM Machining.
Since knurling is a forming process (not cutting), I couldn’t find a direct knurling operation option in DELMIA Machining apps or in CATIA V5 Machining.

My questions is:

Is there any dedicated knurling cycle/operation in CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE?

If not, what is the best practice to represent knurling in the CAM process plan / NC program?

How do other users usually handle knurling operation in NC ?

Any suggestions or workflows would be greatly appreciated
