Following the available tutorial videos leads me to a sticking point were none of the tools l create are recognized as "available" for operations on my workpiece. Reading I have noted that there is a difference between a tool, and a tool assembly. I checked the box in preferences: "Allow selection of a simple tool in the activity" and still no tools are there for me to select. Can anyone further clarify what conditions need to be met for a tool to be "available"  and help me get past my sticking point so I can get to making chips!
