I am fairly new to the field of industrial additive manufacturing.
I have a few questions about the role of additive manufacturing engineer.

What impact does the choice of printing process and the corresponding 3D printer have on the functionalities of the role of additive manufacturing engineer, apart from the fact that the size of the printing space is adjusted accordingly?

Can slicing not be done with this role? Is the role of “Powder Bed Machine Programmer” necessary for this?

Does anyone know of any training materials for the A3D role?
