I'm a teacher.
I need the compiler to simulate the execution of a process.
I have Microsoft Build Tools 2019 installed on my PC.
When I'm logged into a Windows session with a teacher account, the compiler works.
when I'm logged into a windows session with a student account, the compiler doesn't work; see Attachment; however, the network administrator has run Visual Studio as admin and has given access rights to the C:\\ drive.

can you give me a solution to this problem?
