Why do dimensions change on other softwares?

Hello everyone! Sorry to bother you again but your expertise has been really useful in solving many of the issues I had!

This time, I would love to know if there is a way to preserve how dimensions look AFTER they are exported. For example, I have this 2D drawing:

And in Autocad it looks like this:

However, when I try to modify the dimensions, they turn white and change font! Why? Do you happen to know why that's the case?

With this object, it is not that big of a deal, but with more complicated products, with different scales and many descriptions, the dimensions, lines and letters turn very small.

Here's a screenshot of my Drafting preferences.

To be fair, if you click again the dimensions in Autocad, you can manually change the font back to what it was, but that's not ideal. Also, it won't fix the color, and if the dimension is on a scaled item, it stays tiny.

I would like to know if there is a setting or preference I need to activate to make sure the dimensions don't change fonts, colors and scale. Any help would be appreciated.

(I am fully aware that this could be an issue with Autocad and not 3DExperience)
