Hello,

since Release Upgrade of the Cloud to R2024x it is not possible to view the geometry of native 3DX Physical Products in CATIA V5 anymore?

When I want to open 3DX Products in V5 to view it, I get now this message:

In V5 it opens up, but I do not see the geometry anymore.

Before the Cloud Upgrade it worked. I could view 3DX Products in V5.

Is this not supported anymore?

Can anyone please help me?
