Hi,

• We are using VBA Macros with forms in our system as shown below. For 90% of the users, everything works fine, and we haven't done any changes for a long while. For some reason though, it fails on some users with the following error messages. Everyone is using the same "Released" macro.
• Cleaning the cache / CATSettings, PC restarts don't solve it
• Re-installing the 3DX sometimes solves it.
• It happens in variety of PC hardware, and both in Win10 and Win11.
• Our platform is R2024x FD04.
• It stops working suddenly.
