Hello. I am not a Catia user but I work for the IT support of a company and I need to support some users that use it. Currently one of my colleagues is not able to install Catia Composer Player because a previous version was installed. He did the uninstall via control panel but it seems that the system is still considering that the software is present. 
Now we cannot install any new version or even the old one. 
Do you have a procedure to completely uninstall Catia Composer Player?
Also, the software is provided via central IT using SCCM, so I do not have the installer. Where can I download the latest version of the player? From the web site it shows as Free Software but there is no link to download.
