Hello.

I'd like to save 3D Part attached to Change Action as Proposed Change to 3DEXPECIENCE by "Save with Option" command, but I couldn't.

[Scenario]
1. Create 3D Part with simple 3DShape (I call it Part1 hereafter) on CATIA.
2. Select "Save with Options" and press OK button.
3. Launch "Change Action for Desktop", and create new Change Action(I call it CA1 hereafter). 
4. Open "Change Action" Widget on ENOVIA Dashboard.
5. Select CA1 and add Part1 to CA1 in "Proposed Changes" tab.
6. Apply "Edge Fillet" to 3DShape of Part1.
7. Select "Save with Options" and press OK button.

[Actual Result]
At Step.7, "Save with Options" failed. Error Message is:

| You cannot proceed with this operation because you do not have the necessary privileges.
| Advice : 
| If you have questions about your privileges, contact your administrator.

[Expected Result]
No warning, Save completes.

Software Version:
CATIA  : 3DEXPERIENCE R2022 HF5 (Licenses:MES)
ENOVIA : 3DEXPERIENCE R2022 HF3 (Licenses:CFG/CHG)

Is there any setting or attribute to be checked?
Or is necessary other license?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
