Hi, my order was approved. I tried to download the software but I had some network problems. When I try to re-download the software again, it says: Maximum numbers of user... and I cannot download.

In the folder I unzipped, the executable setup.exe is missing. What can I do? I´m trying to reach europe.support centre and they don´t answer my calls.
