I'm comparing the capabilities of STEP AP242 export/import in CV5 and 3DX and wondering, there are differences:

Used Systems:

- 3DEXPERIENCE On Cloud 2021x HF6.12 M3K + STS license

- CATIA V5-6 R2021 SP3 HF2 > AL2 + SXT license

When exporting and importing now an STEP AP242 ed1 in both systems, having all options activated, I can see a difference in result:

While in 3DX, there is an option available, to also respect the GeoSet structure, this option is missing in CV5 and so (in my case), a lot of parameter structure is killed, that is possible to convert in 3DX. Sadly, many OEM do work with these parameter objects for MBD description, collected inside a complex GeoSet structure > in this case, a STEP exchange would not be possible on CV5 side.

So my question: is there an alignment of STEP AP242 support planned for both systems?
