Hello,

there is a great Setting in CATIA V5 where a User can set that the V5 Cache can be saved in the 3DX Platform, so it can be used from all Users. It shortens the loading time for all users.

I have a question for the "Visualization cache management(cgr)". As you can see in the screenshot you can switch between the two options "Generated from file" and "Download from server". I've searched in the V5 Documentation and in the 3DX Documentation as well (link below).

I was not able to find any information what these two options do in detail and how they have an effect on the setting when the local Cache is activated. 

I need help here.
