Hi.

We have a public collab space that is called Templates. Here we have drawing templates and start models which are physical products in 3DX. We are using Native client and users do not need reader access to this template as it is public.

Two weeks ago we experienced some issues with the indexation and all users were not able to find the drawing template in the Templates space. We had to give all users reader access to the collab space so they could find the template files. After we fixed the indexation issue, there was still some issues with the public template space.

We did some update indexation of users, roles and company, but we are not sure if this fixed the issue. 
Per today it is working as normal, but I wonder if someone has experienced something similar?

The template collab space has everything checked under Read Operations in Access Rules.
