Is it possible to influence the catia session that is started up by the Catia V5 3Dx integration icon?

We have our own environment with or scripts, libraries, methodologies etc [and SmarTeam integration].

Is that 3Dx V5 session looking at the C:\ProgramData\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv for its settings?
