Pattern-related inquiries

When using the "Instance(s) & total angle" function in Circular Pattern,
*number of instances = number of copies with shape

Instances: 5 / Total angles: 360

When set as above, I thought that 5 shapes would appear in 360 degrees.

But, only 4 shapes appear.

And a warning window appears saying that there is a duplicate shape in the same place.

I wonder if I'm misunderstanding the concept...
