Hello All,

At Renault, we recently upgraded the software from 3DVIA Composer v2014 to CATIA Composer v2023
But there is one function which is removed from CATIA Composer v2023 which was available in 3DVIA composer v2014 called "Path Planning".
We wanted to find the exact replacement software for Path Planning function on 3DVIA Composer. it is told that this feature is removed from CATIA Composer v2016. 
But the users wanted to check the exact replacement for this feature as it is not available in CATIA Composer v2023. Dassualt proposed to check with Delmia software - Assembly path. we checked internally with users who use Delmia software and it confirmed that, "the functionalities in DELMIA do not allow us to reproduce those of 3DVIA. 
We must create all the trajectories by hand (by recording all the points after manual movement) and then launch the interference calculations along the path thus created. DELMIA is not capable of automatically defining a path between a starting point and an arrival point... DELMIA don’t have capability to create automatic path, users are creating Trajectory manually"

What will be the solution for Renault users of CATIA COMPOSER (while waiting for the deployment of 3DExpereince/ RVT) who have lost this functionality?
Anyone who can help on this topic ?
