I am a pro-user of Icem surf. Since the first touch of Icem surf, it has been more than 5 years. I keep learning skills and reading reference files of Icem surf, and always keep an eye on the update of Icem surf.

According to the software update comparison, market and job position information and others, I think there is a need to give you some feedback and suggestions. I wish you could understand the really need of users and the market changes, and could achieve more excellent developments of Icem surf.

This open letter contains four parts: PART 1 is bug feedback of the software Icem surf (based on version 2017). PART 2 is some suggestions about software refinements. This part show a bundle of contents, and I wish you could read it carefully. These suggestions would help the software a lot during updates. PART 3 is about cracked software and prices. Facing the occupation of competitors, a strict limitation of cracked software is not the best choice. It not good at all for both software suppliers and users. Hope you could find out a better solution. PART 4 shows several appendices, which provides some skills. And these skills are the reason of some suggestions.

All contents of this letter are original thoughts, and only for lecture communication, without any commercial purpose.
