Dear somebody,
I am a Japanese IT person working in Japanese language 日本語 environment.
I just starting to use Windows 11 English version + Japanese language pack.
Catia V5 2023 & 2017.

Once I open the file from file server which contains Japanese (double-byte) folder paths.
Then I cannot open the file because the characters of folder paths are garbled.
The "?????" consists of several Kanji characters only. Of course no issue when I see the path from Windows Explorer.

Do somebody kindly advise me on what is the cause and what I can resolve the issue?
Just in case, I settled all "time and language" settings of Windows set to suit to Japanese language environment.
