Describe issue

language package option is not showing in laptops whereas same is easily available in Desktops!

We need Japanese Language package while working on Catia drawing in title block area to insert Japanese signatures and in absence of this language package, system shows error related to the same.

Already installed on the computer the language Japanese but the user get an error.

ERROR:

DSS

CMME2002:there us s non support character.
