Issues After 3DEXPERIENCE Update

Hello everyone,
After the latest 3DEXPERIENCE update, we’ve encountered unexpected errors during some operations, specifically:

  • Opening existing data
  • Adding existing parts into an assembly

We’ve already raised an urgent SR with Dassault Systèmes, and the R&D team has been informed. However, I’m curious:
Are these issues happening only in TURKIYE, or are other regions experiencing similar problems?

If anyone has faced the same situation or found a temporary workaround, could you please share your experience?
