When I click the big plus next to my profile picture, then Import... I get an error message saying I'm not allowed to do that operation, and should contact my administrator.

The only thing is: the user account I'm signed in with and have 3DS running with is the admin account. It's also the only account on the machine.
Or is the 3DS account meant here? If so, who's my admin?
