I'm working with publications and I have found and Issue that I don't know how to handle. How to alert the consumer of a publication that there is a new version available

Example:

• I have a user that has consumed a publication named "Body" of 3DShape Revision 1.
• There has been an evolution and now there is a 3DShape Revision 2. 
• Nothing alerts the user of the "Body" publication that there is a new version and it should updated the status of the link to pointed to the newest Body.
