I have a question regarding the process of exporting and importing data while using the 2024x platform.
Currently, I am working on replicating data from server A to server B. Server A contains public items,(bolt, nut, etc..) and the data I am exporting consists of nine 3DXML files that form an assembly structure. During the export from server A, I use the delegate option, and upon importing to server B, I select the reference option.
After completing this process, I checked the data on server A using the Display Site Information function in the Exchange Management App. However, I noticed that the data on server A appears in a local state (green).
My ultimate goal is to ensure that the data on server A remains in an editable state, while the data on server B is stored in the same form as on server A.
Additionally, I have encountered an issue where using the delegate option to import as a reference (applied to the entire structure) causes an error if I attempt to import again as a reference at a later time.
Furthermore, when I execute "Import 3D XML File as Reference with editing rights" in the batch program, a permission-related message appears: "You are not allowed to do this operation. Contact your administrator."
I tried accessing with the administrator account and the leader account in the default space, but it was still not possible. The user assistance documentation seems to be lacking details on this.
Could anyone suggest an effective solution to resolve these issues?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
