How to use the number of dimensions and tolerance digits separately

As shown in the picture, changing the "Precision" of the dimension also changes the tolerance.

I want to apply the function only to dimensions and not to tolerances, is that possible?

I also want to set the tolerance for "Main" and "Dual" separately.
