Hello.

This is to inquire about the Utility (Batch Monitor) feature of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform R2024x.

I have a VIC license to test the “Import 3D XML file As Reference with Editing Rights ” feature.
But I don't know how to use it.

When I run the function in Utility, I get a message “You are not allowed to do this operation. Contact administrator.” message appears.

I have tried both Default/Administrator permissions and Design/Leadr, Owner permissions, but without success.

If you know how to do it, please let me know. Thank you.
