How to read latest revision of CATIA V5 Active Model from 3DEXPERIENCE using VBA or WEB Service Rest API

Hello Team, we are using 3DExperience 2022X integrated with CATIA V5 R32 where we wanted to know whether CATIA model opened in CATIA window is having the latest revision w.r.t 3DEXP or not using program so may i know how to check latest revision of CATIA V5 using VBA or WEB Service API.
