How do you report a general error on the knowledgebase?

With every knowledgebase article there is a mail icon (see image below) at the top of the page that allows you to send an email to someone that contains a link to that specific knowledgebase article. However the link that is automatically added to the email is incorrect and will not load. For example, with knowledgebase article BR10000273314, if you click on the "send by email" icon it will create a new email for you containing the following link:

https://kb-prd.dsxclient.3ds.com/mashup-ui/page/document?q=docid:BR10000273314

But this link will timeout.

The correct link is:
https://kb.dsxclient.3ds.com/mashup-ui/page/document?q=docid:BR10000273314

I don't think an SR is the correct route to report this issue so hopefully someone from DS will read this and know somebody who can look into this issue and resolve it.
