I just started a new job, CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE was not exporting when I started and so I contact the guy in our team that gives rights out to export they had to update my account to give me permission to export. After permission was granted I went and tried my first export and Im having trouble exporting as 3DXML and STP file it takes more then an hour sometimes, and sometimes the export will give me a pop-up window with an error. Any ideas on how I would proceed. Its just my account profile that does it, we tried it on the older employees who have been here longer and they get the export done in minutes not hours
