Hello!
I want to get the CATIA V5 student version. Sadly i´m not able to confirm my academic status. After entering the school information i proceed to the next pop-up (see attachment). I confirm the school name and choose a ~1MB PNG of my student ID. 
So far i always get an "Technical Error". 
I already tried:
-using different browsers (ME /Firefox)
-using differnt devices (incl. mobile devices)
-diffent times (last week i tried several times)

(I got the CATIA-InstallationGuide.pdf right next to me.)

Any help is greatly appreciated!
