I just purchased a 3D experience license and it shows me this error while trying to run the part design. Any suggestions on how to overcome this issue will be greatly appreciated! 
I ran into a similar issue with solidworks too but there was a way to download it on my system and get it to run. Hoping there is some way to do the same here.
