Hi all,

After upgrading on premise server and users to 2024x all the users get the error "Error getting the execution server information...) on Topology optimization step 8 on run. The message repeats about 5 times and after about 10 minutes continues to running the topology study. See image. This happens on all the clients. all models. Doesn't seem to prevent running the optimization, but creates an annoying 10 minutes lag.  

Problem is there is no clear indication where the problem lies and why the software is trying to access the server at this point. The validation step is Ok, only topology optimization run give the error. 

Perhaps someone encountered something similar? Any idea how to troubleshoot the issue?
