Hello,
I'm currently revamping our drawing templates and I would like to fix the following behaviors keep being very painful for our users:
- Displaying the maturity status on the drawing: we've been using [PLMCoreRereference.Maturity State] but it doesn't update at the release because the drawing is frozen. I see in some tutorials that [Drawing.Maturity State] was introduced as an extended flag but I can't seem to locate it in the link template. Any recommendation here?
- Displaying the material name on the drawing: currently we use [Core Material.Name] but the user has to connect it to the material somehow back in the 3D, doing back and fourth between the 2D and drawing. Is there any way to directly have a flag that fetches the name of the applied material? I tried combinaison with the [Applied material.X] but to not avail
- Sheet name: we currently have [Sheet.Name] at the bottom of the page. The user has to route the link to the drawing sheet. Any way to "naturally" apply it it itself without routing the link (ie the context of the [Sheet.*] flags are all implicitely linked to that sheet)?
Thanks for your help on those 3 points!
JC
