Dear CATIA user Community,

If somebody knows, could you please let me know the needed roles for Derived Format Converter App to be run as "Admin mode" = dedicated machine to perform the "conversion" for CATIA 3DX and CATIA V5 data?

The "admin mode" user should have a dedicated user defined within the 3DX or an existing user can be used without having any "hidden" restrictions, like: when the conversion is perform, the user cannot connect from another working station.

the "admin mode" user must have assigned a role that provides access to the Derived Format Converter app plus a CATIA 3DX role (Mechanical role), or only access to Derived Format Converter is needed?

Could you please share some best practices for setting this as dedicated machine to generate PDFs Derived Outputs for CATIA 3DX drawings?

Does DS R&D have any plan to support also CATIA V5 Power' By data (Pars and drawings)?
