The error returns "Licence manquante pour importer ce fichier." (missing license to import this file).

I read that STS role or any role with "Converter for STEP Multidiscipline" is necessary.

I have "Converter for STEP" from BCMCC role and I can import STEP with the usual "+ > Import" command. I can also run this batch to import IFC file.

Could you confirm that this is not sufficient to run this batch for STEP ?

Can you explain more the differences between "Converter for STEP Multidiscipline" and "Converter for STEP" ?
