Creating Screw connections in CATIA

Hi all,

I saw this Solidworks video on mimicking a spring with the use of a compressing bolt-nut connection, and was wondering how to recreate this in CATIA.

I've been messing around for a bit with the Engineering Connections to create a screw-type connection, but to no avail.

Can anyone help me out on this one?
