Is there a quick way to copy and paste geometrical set properties?

For example, if I have 'Line.2' with a defined thickness of 2 mm, can I quickly apply the same settings to a newly created 'Line.3' without manually adjusting in the properties tab?

Also, I created an accelerator for a specific command. 

How can I save it so it still there after restarting the 3DX platform?
