Hello Everyone

Can you help me and show any tutorial how to properly clip part body, leaving dimensions, which goes outside this clipping frame, still visible? Or this is completely not possible? 

Thank you in advance for your quick reply! I need to finish "drawing" (actually layout in annotations) very soon.
