I have a question about cleaning data (As CATDAU)

For example I was using CATIA V5 standalone. I have several projects in my local disk.

If I connect my CATIA V5 to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, and save my datas to platform without CATDUA, and if I want to clean my datas in platform , how can I clean these datas?

I think that;

1- Save the data from 3DX to my local,

2- Clean the data by using CATDUA,

3- Delete the data from 3DX platform (because I save it to local and clean it),

4- Import clean data to 3DX Platform.

But this method takes lots of time and if I use deleted data to different project, I have to work about take clean data to this other project.

Is there a way for solve this problem? Could you please give some advices about it?
