I am using CATUTIL.exe's Downward Compatibility to export files from our 3DExperience database to CATIA V5. 

I have saved an .xml file to rerun the downward Compatibility utility with same settings. This works, but files that are being exported are hard coded into the .xml file so every time it is ran it just re-exports the same files.

How can I change what files are pointed to be exported?  The .xml file points to the input data location in the PLM1 using:  BunchOfNumbersAndLetters.  

Is it possible to use PLM_ExternalID or any other identifier to point to the correct files to be exported? 

Is it possible to find the PLM1SelectObjID of other items in 3dexperience ? 

I would like to write some code to edit the .xml file to point to the desired files before executing the batch, but I cannot find any information about what a PLM1SelectObjID is or how to get it for a Physical Product in the database.
